River fishing for traditional anglers

Members also have access to two stretches of the River Stour at Bures and Henny.

Bures is club-owned and offers excellent fishing for roach using traditional stick-float methods. There are also large pike over 15 lb and good-sized perch to be caught. This is a private, secure stretch of river.

Henny is a longer stretch and suits a roving approach. It offers good pike fishing, especially during winter, along with opportunities for roach, chub, perch and other river species.
